What's Cari Makan??
For those unacquainted, cari makan is Malay for finding food. It's a term usually used to mean that the person is making a living.
Whats Cari Makan Gear?
Gear that one would use to "cari makan". In other words gear that one would use to make a living. Specifically this blog is about no nonsense no B/S gear thats functional and looks good
Why??
In my opinion there is a dearth of available gear for us guys to use here in south eas asia (Singapore specifically). My personal preference is for tactical gear simply for the following reasons
i) No Brands and logos. Save the ostentation for the pansies!
ii) They are durable ( they're made for rough environments and challenging situations duh!)
iii) In my books they're damn cool!
